If a user creates an account by providing a false age, that account will be immediately closed and all balances in that account may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device will be treated as bonus fraud. In such cases, bai88 reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit all earnings.
2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
You must provide true and complete information at the time of registration. It is your responsibility to keep your name, phone number, and payment details accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect information may result in withdrawals being blocked or your account being suspended.
2.4 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Limits & Timeframes
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal times may vary depending on factors such as the verification process or high-traffic periods.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
You may be required to complete account verification (KYC) before requesting a withdrawal. It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for deposits.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Alternatively, if you deposit ৳6,000 or more, a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 will be added, bringing your total balance to ৳11,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus received, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳40,000 before withdrawing the bonus funds (৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000).
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses may only be used on designated games.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless stated otherwise in the promotion.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only earnings generated after fulfilling the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
- bai88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- Any attempt to obtain bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure.
5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

bai88's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Members can advance to higher tiers based on their activity and participation. bai88 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits, and members will be informed of any changes.
7 Responsible Gaming

- Extended period of inactivity
